my story
My purpose in curating this space is to share my lived experience from the day-to-day wins and the inevitable losses that follow. I want to take you along for the ride! The 6AM meal prep hacks, at home meditation practices, baby meal ideas, basic running training plans, budgeting tips, quick recipes, and more. As a full time mom, my time is not only limited, but is something that I have to optimize. I often find myself habit stacking, prepping ahead of time, planning my week, and clinging to organization.
